There are far more important things to be involved with... Our greed, selfishness , or just turning a blind eye to learning/enlightening oneself to reality is KILLING people.

Fear

Fear can be your worst enemy.. Fear can lie to you in your ears..

Letting go of Fear and leaving all my trust & confidence with Allah/God Subhan Wa ta'ala. Searching for the signs & isA I'll realize my duties.

System

This world's system is breaking down & changing. Whats hard is to know this and see things coming to light & there are those who have their heads in sugar coated Cotton Candy/propaganda clouds that can not or will not wake up even with your warnings... You are an alien essentially.. I FEEL like an alien...

He has guided us thus far, isA He keeps us on the straight path.. Ya Rab Ameen

Note to self..

To Allah/God we belong & to Him is our return

This brings me comfort in my being, this Dunya/Life.. No matter what the situation is, God knows what secrets/truths reside within’ man’s breast and they are held accountable for the good/bad they have done. I will always try to live my life honestly,sincerely & with love to the best of my capabilities. There really is no time to judge others, and since when was it our duty to do so? Except necessary judgments we make for bettering ourselves in character and morals. What may seem good physically or psychologically may be bad & vice versa..Leave the judging for Him. Allah Subhan Wa Ta’ala knows best. We will be held accountable for ourselves and the ripples we have made…InshAllah without our passing judgment on others.

Exterior

Exterior, they held inferior
But He knows the Secrets held inside.
Rarer than precious, sparkling gemstones..
This posterior should be your mirror..
To which one sees something of himself.
There are similarities obvious but many are only visible to the eyes of the heart.
Anyone can find something in common if they seek it.
True beauty, love and friendship are worth seeking.
 Not waiting for the day they look past this exterior..

Through the trials n' tribulations,
Through the pain they put me through.
Friend or foe they had me asking..

Tired of trying to distinguish them between the two
They're all just blendin' into a blur

My heart is still open
But I've got my road to travel on..
Lovin' from a distance..
It ain't gonna be the end of me.

Got my sights on big dreams..
They may not be the stuff they're made of..
But who's shoes am I filling?
Theirs or my own?

In the end I gotta feel it in my heart..
Gotta stand straight..
Gotta be my own.
Gonna look back on my days,
Content in my spirit with the choices I've made

No longer breaking my heart

Rant

Sometimes people don’t realize how their thought, speech and actions or lack of affect those around them. Even an outwardly seemingly good deed has its ramifications if the intentions stem from Ego. A good intention is one that is outward (unconditional) and not so much of an inward(benefit for oneself). Truly to wish for your neighbor what you want for yourself should be the foundation of your intentions..

Sort of a rant of mine. How interesting it is to be called upon as a necessity & up till this time you neglected me for your Ego.

Blur

Inside this chest
The pain is sprouting its roots ..
Like the blood that runs through my veins
Its spreading throughout my body & there is no controlling it.


A storm is brewing..
Emotions tangled and strewn within' ..
Tears filling my eyes, a battle to contain them.
Mind over matter, a will of sorts and I will not shed a tear..
At least not now, not in front of you..


But as the days blurr and in this chest the storm still grows..
To my blankets I'll take refuge.
There in my numbness the tears will flow

Without you by my side..
My days turn to longing,hoping and praying.
These days I long for my return.
Time with you, there is no end to speak of..
Time away from you, I feel myself sneaking closer to it
Days mixing into a blur and I feel myself sinking.
Longing, hoping and praying for clarity once again..
Back in your embrace, my safe haven..

There is a love in my soul that runneth over..
My chest filling with the weight of this, 
Emotion.. this revelation..
Tears filling my eyes..
This certainty I can not explain..
A beautiful rhythm of good deeds..
My life's charity is my reality
With every ounce of my heart & soul
InshAllah this will always be my Life's duty.
