If only..

Why is it we can't live simply with only the clothes on our backs, without a society to judge us for it?? Why can't we rationalize that there is something greatly wrong with that? Sometimes, I find myself filled with a need to just be free of these tangible things..To have less & to share more.. A.S.

So full of emotions. The words are there, but too drained to explain them..for repeating them have rendered me silent. Its all in my head...and its between me and Allah.

Be your happiness

Happiness is very much a choice. It may at times seem daunting to simply create your own happiness, when it feels like you're on the outside looking in... But motivating oneself & relying on your own actions are essential because no matter how special, helpful and loving others may be.... The course of our lives is in our own hands other than of course our loving Allah/God.

So don't rely fully on others for this happiness, because if you do... You're bound to be disappointed.

Rely fully on Allah & live the example you wish to be..InshAllah

People VS Things

We shouldn't sacrifice our relationships with people too get ahead in this life.
True comfort in this world comes from those SOULS you hold near & dear..
Not the THINGS we surround ourselves with..
Not the THINGS we feel we can't live without.

Sadly..

People know much more about the value of things...
Than the value of PEOPLE.

When we're at our death beds...
We'd much rather have those people we love around us..
VS the things that many people step on others to get.

With grace..

When it comes right down to it.. When we make choices in our lives we should be thinking about whether or not we'll regret anything we've said or done, when we're to face Allah Subhan Wa ta'ala. We should never be so consumed and preoccupied with the inanimate things of this life that we loose sight of what really matters. What really matters is how we work on our own spirituality and in turn results in better relationships with others. Its to have love and regard for others. I hope and pray that we can live our lives with grace in every matter.. To speak with thought and compassion. To remember Al-Alim before we say or do... To have no regrets after having said and done.

Be mindful of what you say..

Think before you speak. Think of your love & regard for others VS thinking of your own wants, within' reason of course.. Simply ponder your words before you say them... Will they be pleasing to Allah subhan wa ta a'la?? He is Al-Alim..(All Knowing)

Priorities..

We have the power of choice. There needs to be thought behind every action... Not to mindlessly and or selfishly feed into our earthly wants because ultimately in the end we will be made to answer for every action..Good & bad.

We have a choice to make Allah/God a priority in our living & our dying.

For myself... I pray to do so with grace. InshAllah(God Willing)
